Description

Thin and crispy pizza topped with four varieties of cheese that are Mozzarella, Edam, Emmental and Blue cheese.


Cooking Instruction:

  • Preheat the oven to 220¬∞c.
  • Remove the film.
  • Bake in 200¬∞c for 11-13 minutes.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, tomato puree (24%), mozzarella cheese (11%)[milk, salt, starter culture, microbial rennet], Edam cheese (11%)[milk, salt, starter culture, microbial rennet, firming agent (calcium chloride)], thickened cream [cream, carrageenan)], rapseed oil, Emmental cheese (4.2%) [milk, salt, starter culture, microbial rennet, firming agent (calcium chloride)], water, yeast, Blue-veined cheese (0.7%) [milk, salt, starter culture, microbial rennet, mould culture, enzyme, firming agent (calcium chloride)], sugar, salt, basil, soy sauce [water, soybeans, salt, wheat flour], modified corn starch, extra-virgin oil, spices, oregano, hydrolysed vegetable protein (corn and rapeseed), maltodextrin, garlic, caramelised sugar.
