Exchange & Refund Policy
Makani Foods adheres to the Exchange & Refund Policy as per Kuwait Ministry of Commerce & Industry Law No. (39/2014), outlined as follows:
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within a maximum of 14 days from the purchase date, provided the original invoice is presented indicating the purchase date and value of the returned goods.
- All returned products must be in their original condition, unused by the consumer.
- Products will be replaced or refunded in case of manufacturing defects or violations of mandatory standard specifications, in accordance with the above-mentioned policy.
- Per the policy, products cannot be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
- Changes in nature, characteristics, packaging, or wrapping unless due to a manufacturing defect or violation of mandatory standard specifications.
- Perishable consumer goods such as fresh foods, frozen foods, and baked goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed at the original place of purchase as indicated on the invoice.
- Store purchases may be returned at any Makani Foods store.
- Home delivery purchases (online/telephone sales) may be returned at the time of delivery or by contacting customer service at 1809090.
- If the total invoice amount falls below 20 KD after a return, a 1 KD delivery charge will apply.
- Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method (cash or account debit).
